[DALLE] What restrictions apply to generating images with DALL·E, and what content is not allowed?

Do not attempt to create, upload, or share images that are not G-rated or that could cause harm.

Hate: hate symbols, negative stereotypes, comparing certain groups to animals/objects, or otherwise expressing or promoting hatred based on identity.
Harassment: mocking, threatening, or bullying individuals.
Violence: violent acts and the suffering or humiliation of others.
Self-harm: suicide, cutting, eating disorders, and other acts of self-harm.
Sexual: nudity, sexual acts, sexual services, or other content intended to cause sexual arousal.
Shocking: bodily fluids, obscene gestures, or other profane subjects that may cause shock or disgust.
Illegal activity: drug use, theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
Deception: major conspiracies or events related to major geopolitical events currently taking place.
Politics: politicians, ballot boxes, protests, or other content that could be used to influence political processes or campaigns.
Public and personal health: treatment, prevention, diagnosis, or transmission of disease, or people with health conditions.
Spam: unsolicited bulk content.

Do not mislead your audience about AI involvement.

When sharing your work, OpenAI encourages you to proactively disclose AI involvement in your work.

You may remove the DALL·E signature as needed, but you must not mislead others about the nature of the work. For example, you must not tell people that the work was entirely human-generated, or that the work is an unmodified photograph of a real event.

Respect the rights of others.
Do not upload images of others without their consent.
Do not upload images for which you do not have appropriate usage rights.
Do not create images of public figures.
