[团队账号] ChatGPT Team Workspace Settings

The "Settings" page in the Manage Workspace view provides a centralized location for managing the workspace's chat features, while the GPTs page in the Manage Workspace view allows you to manage the workspace's GPTs. Only owners can use these pages.

Manage Workspace
1. To navigate to the workspace's "Settings" page, click the profile icon in the upper right corner; a pop-up menu will appear. Select the "Manage Workspace" tab (the other "Settings" tab is for personal settings, not settings for the entire workspace).



2. To edit the company workspace name or image, click the company name to enter edit mode to change the workspace image or workspace name. To manage chats, select the "Settings" tab. To manage GPTs, select the "GPT" tab.



"Settings" Tab
This page shows how chat history is shared with members in the workspace. In the ChatGPT Team subscription, chat history can only be shared with workspace members.



GPT Tab
You can control the workspace's settings, including managing whether members can use third-party GPTs—that is, GPTs created outside your workspace. These GPTs may be able to browse the internet or perform custom actions.

Please note that the default settings for shared and workspace GPTs on ChatGPT Team are as follows and cannot be modified:
GPTs created within the workspace can be shared within the workspace with anyone who has the link, or made public according to the GPT creator's settings.
Workspace GPT features (such as plugins, custom actions, and browsing with Bing) are enabled.
