If you subscribed to ChatGPT Plus through the official website chatgpt.com and need a refund, you can contact the support team for assistance. After the refund is processed, a receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your Plus account. If you cannot find the receipt in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you still cannot find the receipt, you can notify the support team, and they will resend it to your email.
