[账号管理] How do I switch from a monthly billing statement to a prepaid billing statement?

If your account was registered before September 2023, API fees are usually paid at the end of the month. To switch from monthly billing to prepaid billing, first cancel your existing plan in the billing panel.

After canceling, follow these steps to set up new prepaid billing:

Go to the billing overview in your account settings.
Select “Start a payment plan” (it may appear as “Purchase credits”).
Choose the initial credit amount to purchase. The minimum purchase amount is $5, and the maximum amount depends on your trust level.
Confirm and purchase the initial credit amount.
Set up an auto top-up amount so that credits are automatically added when the balance falls below the configured threshold.
Please note that any purchased credits expire after 1 year and are non-refundable.

After purchasing credits, it may take a few minutes for the system to update your credit balance, and then you can start using the API.
