[账号管理] Why was my credit card declined?

You have used the same payment method to pay for too many subscriptions.

For security reasons, there is currently a limit on the number of subscriptions that can be paid for with a specific payment method. Currently, you need to use different payment methods to purchase multiple subscriptions, or if you want to purchase subscriptions in bulk, please provide more information about your use case.

You tried to use a prepaid card or gift card.

API credits and ChatGPT Plus subscriptions can be purchased with a credit card or debit card. Other payment options are not supported. Prepaid cards/gift cards are not supported.

Your bank declined the payment.

If your credit card is declined, carefully check your card information, make sure you have sufficient funds, and verify your billing address (especially your postal code). Incorrect information may cause the transaction to be declined.

If you have carefully checked all the information and still encounter problems, the simplest solution is to try another payment method. If you do not have another payment method or this method does not work, it is recommended that you contact your bank or card provider to learn more about the reason for the decline. Unfortunately, detailed information about why the transaction was declined is not received from the bank, so the best approach is to contact them directly.
