[账号管理] How do I request a ChatGPT Plus refund?

If you would like to request a refund, please provide the following information:

Email address
Subscription start date
Any other relevant information

Contact us via the chat widget in the lower right corner of the screen, select "Billing," and then select "Other -> Just subscribed to ChatGPT Plus and would like a refund."
If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed and we will reply to you within 5–7 business days.
