[账号管理] How do I report fraud or suspicious activity?

If you notice suspicious activity on your account, OpenAI needs the following information to investigate:

Email address
A detailed description of the issue
How much you were overcharged (if applicable)
Any additional relevant information/screenshots

Note: If you are an OpenAI API user and believe your API key may have been compromised, please rotate your API key immediately in the API key settings.

If you encounter this issue and need to report it to OpenAI, you can contact OpenAI through the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the screen, select “Billing,” and then select “Fraud or Suspicious Activity.” OpenAI will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.
