How do I cancel my ChatGPT Plus subscription?
You can cancel your ChatGPT Plus subscription at any time.

If you signed up through the OpenAI website and want to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

Log in to ChatGPT.
Click "My Plan" in the left sidebar.
In the pop-up window, select "Manage my subscription".
On the checkout page, select "Cancel Plan".

If you subscribed through an app, you need to cancel the subscription on iOS or Android depending on your device.

Important notes:

Only existing Plus plan users can see the "My Plan" option.
Your cancellation will take effect the day after the next billing date, and you can continue using the service until then.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
