[账号管理] How do I delete a payment method?

Openai will retain your payment method to pay any unpaid amounts on the account. To stop charges to your payment method, follow the steps below.

You can cancel your ChatGPT Plus subscription at any time to stop further charges:

1. Click “My Plan” in the ChatGPT sidebar.
2. In the pop-up window, click “Manage My Subscription.”
3. Select “Cancel Plan.”

Please note that your cancellation will take effect the day after your next billing date, and you can continue using Openai's services until then. To avoid being charged in the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Openai needs to retain a payment method to pay for unpaid usage charges. You can cancel the pay-as-you-go service by clicking “Cancel Paid Account” in the billing overview. After the current month's bill is issued, the current card will no longer be charged.

If you want to continue using the service, please add a new payment method on the billing overview page and select “Set as Default.” You can then delete the old payment method.
