For ChatGPT Plus accounts (chatgpt.com):

To update the billing information associated with your ChatGPT Plus account, follow these steps:

• Visit chatgpt.com.
  
• Click your name in the lower-left corner of the screen.
  
• Select “My Plan”, then select “Manage My Subscription”.
  
• Update your information as needed.
  

For ChatGPT Team accounts:
To update the billing information associated with your ChatGPT Team account, follow these steps:

• Visit chatgpt.com.
  
• Click your name in the lower-left corner of the screen.
  
• Select “Manage Workspace”, then select “Billing” on the left side of the screen.
  
• Click the “Manage plan” button and update your information as needed.
  

Please note that only owners can view the billing tab.
For OpenAI API accounts (platform.openai.com):
If you are the owner of the API organization, you can update your billing information through the API billing preferences panel.
