Chatgpt行业指南 The ChatGPT iOS/Android app shows "you may be connected to a disallowed isp" — what should I do?

Error Explanation

English: chatgpt ios app you may be connected to a disallowed isp
Chinese: chatgpt Apple app you may be connected to a disallowed ISP

English: chatgpt android app you may be connected to a disallowed isp
Chinese: chatgpt Android app you may be connected to a disallowed ISP

ISP (Internet Service Provider)
If an ISP is banned, it means the line provided by this service provider—your network environment—has already been blacklisted. Every country has different ISPs; some are outside the service area, or violate the terms of service.
ISP includes home networks, company networks, mobile networks, and server networks. You can prioritize switching between different networks for troubleshooting. If that doesn't work, you need to enable that.

Solutions

1. Switch networks
If you can switch networks, try switching to a different Wi-Fi or mobile network.

2. Enable XXN
Buy a better XXN; there is a high probability it will solve the problem. If your XXN itself is wrong or has been blocked, then the data center has been blocked, and you need to switch to another XXN.

3. Restart the device
Of course, sometimes it is due to a temporary network problem or a cache problem; restarting your device can solve it.

4. Update the system
Update your system and the latest version of the ChatGPT app so that the two can better adapt.

5. Contact your ISP
It is possible that your ISP has disabled ChatGPT, who knows; you can try contacting them to resolve it.

6. Use a wrapper app
Although we do not recommend using wrapper apps, it must be said that they solve the network problem.

Well, the above are the methods summarized by the moderator. I hope they can solve your problem.
